Mission Statement

Dunlap Training Solutions is a company devoted to building better relationships between dogs and people. We achieve this goal through educational classes and applying proven science based information and training techniques. We feel a well-trained dog that has a good relationship with a person is a happier dog and less likely to be relinquished to a shelter.

About Todd Dunlap

Todd Dunlap is the primary trainer behind Dunlap Training Solutions . Training dogs to Todd is not about making a dog “sit, down or come” those are just the mechanical components, it’s about communicating with a dog. The clearer the communication lines are between dog and handler, the stronger the relationship, Todd believes. Todd firmly is an advocate of science-based dog training principles that have been proven, no tricks, gimmicks or magic dust. Through years of study and application of these proven science-based principles Todd has become an expert. He has taught pet obedience classes for the last 10 years along with training his own dogs in multiple protection-based dog sports.
